Before Training at any Amateur boxing gym you will be required to Sign up to the Locker which is free of charge. As it is due to Insurance purposes.

8:00 – 9:00pm Adults class

Friday: 

5pm-6pm Boxing Awards Age 6+

6pm-7pm Young adults 18-25 Boxing

9am-11am Open gym/session

11am-12pm Ladies HIIT Bag Blast

Sunday

9am-11am Open gym/session

11am-12pm Strength and Conditioning 18+
